These days lenders seem to be getting the hang of the short sale madness. We recently received a call from a lender, following their receipt of our short sale package, telling us that we should expect anywhere from 2-4 weeks for an answer! That is pretty great considering the norm. was 6-8 weeks! There are so many opporunities to capitalize on this current market...but not if you don't know short sales.
